Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Aaron Sanders is grateful to have achieved his dream of becoming a dentist and owning his own practice. He pursued his education at the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies and completed his dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2017. Later, he received further training from some of the top dental professionals in the US Army at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas.
Dr. Sanders served as a general dentist and was an Infection Control Officer at his dental clinic. He pursued a deeper understanding of dentistry both during his time in the Army and as a private-sector dentist. He has consistently taken over 100 hours of dental education per year.
Dr. Sanders’ commitment to his craft has led him to achieve several noteworthy accomplishments. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, a Fellow for the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum, and a member of Spear Education. His dedication has also enabled him to enhance his expertise in various dental fields.
When not at work, Dr. Sanders enjoys spending time outside, lifting weights, playing board or card games, and occasionally enjoying a beer. Dr. Sanders grew up in Southwest Michigan; he loved the sand dunes and Lake Michigan but is really loving the lack of bugs and year around weather in Reno. He has mostly been hiking but is looking forward to more mountain biking, kayaking, golfing, and skiing. It is hard to choose when you live in such a great area.
